We are so happy with our vanity purchase, the Elegant Bath Vanity Set Brown-Warm Walnut, 84 inches. The vanity and countertop are of excellent quality and the smart LED mirror is fantastic.
When I initially found the Upvanity company online, there was some hesitation since it was online and in China. I did my research, looked at all the reviews and decided to speak to the company before making the purchase. I made an appointment to have a phone call with a representative. I was called as promised and spoke with Aurora. She was a terrific person, professional, personable and just a pleasure to speak with. She was patient and answered all my questions. After reviewing everything and confirming what we wanted, I called back and worked with Aurora to place my order on the phone instead of doing it online which further gave me comfort in ordering, especially since we wanted to customize a few things, which they allow you to do.
Once ordered, I received emails and detailed information confirming my order as well as shipping and tracking information from China. The communications were really good and any time I had a question I sent an email which was returned by Aurora. Please note that there is a time difference, so you do not get an immediate response, but within a few to several hours, a reply was sent. Very responsive company throughout the entire time.
The shipping estimates were spot on as communicated. The delivery went smooth and the local company was great. The actual package delivered was an amazing thing. Since we purchased an 84 inch vanity, countertop, sinks and hardware, it was a very large wooden crate and everything was included with amazing packaging to protect everything from any damage during shipping. I had it professionally installed and it was straight forward without issue. The only small issue we have is that the smart mirror component for time and temperature did not support 12 Hour and Fahrenheit, but after emailing Aurora about this, she is sending a replacement component for this and it will be here is a few days.
As a final comment, we would not hesitate ordering from this company again. My sincere thanks to Aurora for all her assistance and support.
Absolutely fantastic quality on the design, fabrication, fabrication, shipping, packing, and quality of the product now installed. I was hesitant buying site unseen and now I wish I had bought all my vanities from Uptown Vanity. Would love to buy again from them. We ordered two vanities and a makeup vanity for our bath remodel. All of the units were customized for sizing of vanities, mirrors etc. it was very easy to work with Upvanity for all of our needs. Aurora was our direct contact during the process and she was amazing to work with. Very detailed with our designs and fantastic communication. Everything was packed incredibly well for transport with no damage. I highly recommend Upvanity.
UP Vanity is truly a great online store to work with...my experience from communications with their agent, to deliveries is exceptional. usually I am hesitant to order furniture or heavy products online without seeing it personally, but the way they handled my requests , working with me in even little details, accommodating all my custom made specifications was beyond my expectations. They were able to handle all my inquiries promptly and professionally, supporting their work with drawings and measurements for the vanity and the LED Lightings . I have ordered Luxury Bath Vanity Set, Gray, Striped Panel with Led Mirror and rear cabinets, and it came on time with no delay as they promised from the beginning and with no damage to any of them . They were so keen to make sure that everything is going smoothly even after the deliveries and during the installation process. Overall, I was pleased with my vanity selection, and the service provided by UpVanity. I purchased and installed the "modern offset vanity" (see attached picture of my installation). Of course, not being able to see the actual product before I purchased, I was concerned about what I might actually receive. The vanity is as shown in the on-line photo, and the quality is excellent. The vanity itself is solidly built with high quality "soft close" drawer hardware, and the sink, mirror, and cabinet are also well constructed and look as shown in the on-line photos. Everything arrived in a timely manner as promised after I placed the order, and I was very impressed with the way the vanity and other parts were packed and crated. UpVanity took much care to ensure that everything would arrive without damage. There were quite a few email notes back and forth before I was satisfied that I understood all of my options and exactly what I was getting, but the online customer service representatives were very helpful, polite, and timely. My one critique of the process is that I wish there was a service option to actually talk to one of the customer service representatives rather than just Email. I believe much time and uncertainty could have been avoided with one or two phone calls. Other than that, I'm happy with how it all went!
