Free Shipping


• United States

Enjoy complimentary shipping on all orders within the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C.—with no minimum purchase and no surprise charges.

Ordering in bulk? Contact us or explore our wholesale program for exclusive pricing and benefits.


• Canada

Our free shipping covers most Canadian addresses, but excludes Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, remote islands, and areas needing air or sea freight.

If you’re unsure whether your Canadian location qualifies, just reach out—we’re happy to help before you check out.


• Australia

Our free shipping applies to most addresses in ACT, NSW, QLD, and VIC, but some remote or regional areas may incur extra freight charges.

If you are ordering from WA, SA, or TAS, or wish to confirm your delivery eligibility before checking out, please reach out to our team—we’re happy to help.

 

• United Kingdom

Orders to the United Kingdom ship free of charge, with reliable delivery to most regions and no surprise costs at checkout.

For remote areas such as Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, and offshore islands, please contact us to confirm delivery eligibility before placing your order.

Locally In-Stock Items

Processing Time: 1–2 business days

Delivery Time: 7–14 business days via trusted freight carriers


Custom or Global Dispatch Items

Processing Time: 1–3 business days

Crafting Time: 5–15 business days (custom fabrication & assembly)

Port Arrival: 10–12 business days via reliable ocean freight partners

Final Delivery: 4–10 business days via white-glove or curbside carriers

Your vanity is produced, packaged, and shipped from our skilled factories in China. Each order undergoes rigorous inspection to ensure it meets our craftsmanship and durability standards before it leaves the factory.


Expedited Shipping Available


In a hurry? Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost. Rates and estimated delivery times will be shown on the checkout page if applicable.

Enhanced Tracking & Updates


For custom and global dispatch items, enjoy complimentary enhanced tracking that offers comprehensive updates throughout the entire process, ensuring a seamless experience for every customer.

Once your order is dispatched from the port, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Our partners will keep you updated with real-time tracking. If you do not see tracking information within two business days, please reach out to us.


Shipping Limitations


We currently do not ship to:

PO Boxes

APO/FPO/DPO military addresses

International freight forwarding addresses

Providing one of these addresses at checkout may delay your order while we coordinate an alternative delivery address with you.


Shipping Accuracy


Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may lead to:

Once your order has left our warehouse, address changes may not be possible.


Damaged or Lost Items


While rare, delivery issues can occur. If your product arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears to have been lost in transit, notify us within 10 days of receipt. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue with refund or replacement options, based on your preference.

When your order travels across the globe—or across the country—it deserves the highest level of care. That’s why each vanity is packaged using a triple-layer protection system designed to safeguard your order from potential damage during transit.

 

Our Packaging System Includes:

• Inner Seal Wrap: Fully surrounds the surface to prevent scratching and moisture exposure
• High-Density Foam: Reinforced on the top, middle, bottom, and all corners for impact resistance
• Protective Wooden Box: A custom-built, heavy-duty wood box that shields your order, ideal for long-distance freight

Whether your vanity is coming from our local warehouse or being crafted and shipped from abroad, this method greatly reduces the risk of shipping-related issues and ensures your product arrives in pristine condition.

In the rare case of visible damage upon arrival, please notify us within 48 hours and refer to our Refund Policy for next steps.
